Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to copy a crosshair?
No. Browsing, searching and copying all work without one. An account only adds saved favourites, publishing your own crosshairs, and Pro.
Why is Discord the only way to sign in?
Email and password were deliberately removed. Storing passwords is a liability and people forget them. Discord is where the community already is, so roles and Pro sync straight through.
What does Pro actually unlock?
The Windows desktop overlay and everything in it. Everything on the site — searching, copying, publishing, favourites — stays free.
I paid and Pro isn't active. What now?
Check your account page first; billing history is listed there. If the payment shows but the entitlement doesn't, run /ticket open on Discord. Quote the order and we'll look at it directly.
When does my Discord Pro role appear?
Automatically, as soon as the payment is confirmed. If it hasn't, run /sync. You need to be in the server for a role to be granted at all.
I lost my licence key.
Generate a new one from your account page. Issuing a new key revokes the old one, so a key left on another machine stops working.
Can I edit or delete a crosshair I published?
Yes. An Edit control appears on your own crosshairs, and delete is there too. Renaming keeps the original link, so anything you've already shared keeps working.
Does this break game rules?
The site itself never touches a game — it shows configuration values and copies them. Whether the desktop overlay is acceptable depends on that game's rules, and that call is yours.
